The latest attempt, Unreal PT, remakes the demo from scratch and took developer Radius Gordello 10 months to create. The game is available for download over on GameJolt, and it's called PT For PC. The name is definitely different enough to separate it from the original P.T. demo that Konami owns the rights to, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
