I made one BAT script to download/update steam workshop mods by 1- Save the file: Arma3-Mods-Update.bat in SteamCMD folder.
All downloads are handled by the Steam Client. When downloading updates for multiple-files mods, Steam Client will download content but do not update the mod files when any Arma 3 related application (Arma 3, Launcher, Publisher) is running. I have found a fix: delete your current userconfig folder, and then extract the original copy of the folder from the zipfile it came in (or maybe download it anew). Add it to your Arma 3 folder and DO NOT use the TPW SETTINGS.jar, it kind of seems to corrupt the tpw_mods.hpp. Edit tpw_mods.hpp manually. Thursday, January 16th 2020- Arma 3 1.62 Exile No-Steam.
